Founded in 1749, St Paul's Anglican church is in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, far enough away from the harbour to have survived the 1917 explosion, though it suffered some damage. The ghostly image of a face can be seen in one window, though stories differ as to the manner of its getting there.
