This poppy scarf was sold by a local shop, with proceeds going to a nearby branch of the Royal Canadian Legion, supplemental to the main Poppy Fund. It's lovely, soft and far too precious to wear in case I lose it.
Oh, that's beautiful. I miss that I didn't get my little poppy to hook on my purse this year. The Veterans of Foreign Wars posts usually sell them around Veterans Day as a fundraiser.
