I'm late posting as I thought I'd have some fresh carrot cake to photograph, but my market lady took a "snow day", so it will be Saturday when I get it. This is what it will look like :) Today would also have been my dear Mum's 103rd birthday, and I know she'd have enjoyed a bit of cake.
