Pylon by spanner

Pylon

I have seen several "looking up at pylon" shots. This is my effort. I just wanted to combine this effect with this subject. It is now out of my system. I like that it starts and ends with green. Probably impossible to see this properly. Never mind.
this is an amazing compilation! love the gradual colour changes from one side to the other. certainly a very different treatment of the subject.

That's a very creative use of this technique, Spanner. I love this disjointed composition, with its very different perspective.

Really well executed sir! I would love to try this style of photography some time, is it joined together on Picasa?

That is very creative and I like how this looks, this is a interesting way to prepresent things.

I like that it's a different take on the pylon shot, and you've put your spin on it. Very creative......I like it!

@allisonraposa Thanks Allison - I deliberately went over the top on this. I probably could have done it in 4 shots. Thanks for your feedback.

large isn't large enough to see this properly, however I like the result too. The shades of blue (especially on the right part) and indeed the green at both ends.

@channelf Thanks - it is stupidly big. Thanks for taking the time to look and comment.

Cool! I remember doing this with film - pasting panos on my wall - loads of 6x4 prints. Love the fact it's horizontal too

@ingrid2101 Thanks Ingrid. I used to try this with prints in years gone by. Far too expensive now.
