Next time I am going to plan with more purpose. Get there before dark, set up, have a decent torch, use a remote, be more familiar with the camera etc.
I know what it's like when something doesn't turn out the way you wanted it to... but even if this wasn't what you'd hoped for, it is still pretty darned fantastic (even if it is in colour ;p)
