The Jury is out

y husband and I had popped out at twilight to a location where we would get a view to the south west in the vain hope of seeing the "Christmas star" -with the alignment of Jupiter and Saturn. Not surprisingly, as there was thick cloud, there was nothing to be seen in the night sky. In the opposite direction stands a church, where the tower has been decorated in an interesting manner.

Ah that’s a shame. I saw it a few nights ago after waiting in freezing weather for the clouds to clear. The church and its lights are compensation though.
