Blue Moon on Halloween Night

I took this image from my condo window. The bright red object is the Red Roses sign..lol

It is called a Blue Moon because it's the 2nd of 2 full moons in a single calendar month, and it should be near a bright red object in the sky. Mars!

The next blue moon is expected to fall on Halloween in 2039, 2058, 2077 and 2096 - note the 19 year pattern.
