What a marvelous photograph! Are you using an LED panel light for illumination? I can see the grid of lights reflected in the glass. I use my LED often. I've tried to diffuse the pattern of LEDs with paper, milk jugs, and dish towels. I've never quite succeeded.

I have a Portable tabletop Lightbox with 2 LED spotlights.
For this shot, I used the right side spotlight outside the lightbox only, pointing upwards. The room was dark. The only source of light was from the spotlight. This image is straight out of camera, with a few tweaks in Lightroom.
