Spicy Fish Cakes

Well, here's a weird recipe. Put fish in a blender. Not even kidding. These spicy fish cakes were pretty good, but they required SO MUCH EFFORT I don't think I'll make them again. The garlic scape mashed potatoes though? Yes, those I certainly WILL make again!
