Made a late-night snack of sesame watermelon radishes. These are one of my favorite things to cook in the winter. The color is just so summery! This is an Asian-flavor-inspired dish with sesame and fish sauce. Sounds weird, but the flavor is wonderful! Crunchy and very savory.
