Aloo Gobi!

Cauliflower heads were buy-one-get-one-free at the grocery store this week, so I took advantage and made a favorite Indian dish: aloo gobi! This is cauliflower and potatoes with Indian spices (and I threw in some peas as well, since we had gotten a free bag of peas from the grocery store weekly special). Delicious! I get most of my Indian recipes from Manjula's Kitchen blog. Her recipes are wonderful.
