Grilled Halloumi

First meal on our new grill: grilled halloumi cheese with lemon and dill. Halloumi has a very high melting point, so it is ideal for grilling. We eat it open-faced on a slice of bread with a dressing of olive oil, lemon, and fresh dill. Tastes just like summer.
