Sympathy Card

You want to know the mark of a great veterinarian's office? This is it. Not only were they so incredibly kind and understanding of us with her final wishes, they were empathetic and kind and loving to her throughout the entire procedure, and today, we received this incredibly thoughtful card in the mail. I cried again as soon as I opened the card. We will always take all of our dogs here. It was such a lovely gesture that really made me feel good and comforted.
