Taken last Friday night at my mum and dad's house toward the very end of the day. I picked Alexis up from school and went straight from there across the country to my parents house. It was a good run but lots of traffic on the roads so a little longer than normal. By the time I got Alexis to bed and got round to thinking about a photo for the day it was late and I was tired so I thought a shot to show this was apt :)
This Project is kind of addictive, isn't it? Even tired, after a long drive and putting your little girl to bed.. you still stopped to think about a photo for the day... sounds like more than I would do, my friend.. And you look great, not even close to what a tired guy would look. You have beautiful eyes, if I may say :)
@nicolecampbell Thank you Nicole. It's actually the side of the mirror where the glass is shaped down slightly to the edges, so you get another reflection down the side. I've seen wedding photographers do it a thousand times ;)
@deniseescovino Denise even after those kind of days I think of the photo. Although I have at times thought of stopping the project after a year, I think somehow I have to keep going to try and get better.
And thank you for the compliment :)
I think we all here have thought abut leaving the Project at least once. I did, actually, and one of my friends talked me back into it. I just felt I was not that good to be in here with all these great talents, specially when they live in a very interesting place like you. My photos are kind of "blah" but I've learned so much with you guys.. but I have only a few more to go and then I don't think I can come daily to post anymore. It's a huge commitment. I hope I can keep in touch with some of my "365 friends" after that so I don't have to type a "book" in their photo blog like this one lol If you want to you can keep my email and I can keep learning from you after my project is over. escovino@gmail.com. Cheers!!!
@deniseescovino Even if you can't post daily, if you can take a shot each day and then do a bulk upload that would work, at least it would keep you in the project! Would be a shame to see you go!
And thank you for the compliment :)
