Today I arrived in Dubai for the last week of my stint in the Middle East working on the golf.
We were driven to our hotel on a big coach and I picked the seat knowing I would get a view of the Burj Khalifa, currently the world's tallest man-made structure. During my last visit here I went up to the viewing platform and it really is very impressive. I love the design and build of it, and when you're here it's just cool to see it towering soooo high over the rest of downtown Dubai.
Wow, so impressive! If you'd been there a couple of weeks later we could have had a 365 meet up with @heidihp... we are there between 16-21st February!
I remember flying over here on my descent to the airport last hear....this structure was poking out of the clouds, just amazing! Dubai is an exciting place but not too keen on the airport!! Wonderful city scape Steve.
ah That's gorgeous! So impotent! I didn´t have good lenses when I went to Dubai so my attempt to take a photo was a disaster. I almost had to lay down on the floor. It´s huge and so wonderful! Perfect shot, Steve! And you did it from the bus?? ok now you just showing off! lol Just kidding. Great job!
