So not that early but early enough when you're getting up at 05.00am every day for a few days doing 12-14 hour days. This was one morning during the England v India test match at the Oval in London.
The good thing about early starts is you get to see the early morning sun light which just like the sunlight at the end of the day, is good for my soul.
I highly recommend it.
