This is Pippa, my mum and dad's new dog. She was 16 weeks old when we picked her up so she was quite a bit older than the normal age I think, for picking up a new dog. She was very, very nervous and unsure for the first couple of days but as I write this, she is very happy in her new home, and a lovely addition to the family.

She is a Cockerpoo, a spaniel and poodle mix which is becoming very popular now I think. She;s lovely and the mix of breeds is really good.
My cocker spaniel has degenerative disc disease and had to have a big op for a massive slipped disc in February (I posted the MRIs!). Apparently cocker spaniels have a gene for it (also dachshunds and Rottweilers!). A bit of mixing up he genetics is a good thing. Oh and insurance was a very good thing!
