Terrible title but it encompasses what's going with more light trails, outside the Angel hotel in Cardiff where I stayed last month while working on the Ashes Test cricket match.

1 - Great weather for the first day's play in Cardiff for the Ashes Test match
2 - Having a very long telephone conversation with Alexis
3 - Nando's for dinner that evening
