Terrible title and a bit of a filler...I cropped this shot of the Norwich City football ground to get rid of the stand which was originally in the top of the frame.
I tried a panorama to get a left to right shot but the edit didn't work so I have cropped in on a single shot of the ground.
The Canary reference in the title is a nod to the nickname of the Norwich City team which is the Canaries, due to the vibrant yellow in the team colours which has been a part of the club for decades.

1 - Great day at work covering the first official league match at Norwich.
2 - Good, hard run after work
3 - A lovely dinner that evening after my run
