A play on the words for the title of this shot, as it was indeed my birthday, and she is my little girl. I left Norfolk early morning on the 6th September to drive to the south coast to spend my birthday with Alexis.
We went swimming, had a packed lunch, I followed her on foot as she cycled on her bike (which she had recently taught herself to ride without stabilisers) then went to the beach for skimming and looking for 'treasure' in the sand, and then ended the day with some food at a branch of Sprinkles.
Our dish comprised of a massive crepe, strawberries, ice cream, squirty cream and chocolate sauce. It was sickly, yucky and very yummy and a great way to end my birthday with my Little Heart.
