Taken outside the O2 Arena in London, a little while before the Brit Awards show started as the punters and guests were gently coming through the doors, I grabbed this in the dinner break when I had a moment to myself. The weather was brisk and chilly but a lovely sunny day allowed for a lovely sunset over London hence the lovely pink glow in the sky.
3 good things:
1 - A nice early morning run before work with my colleague
2 - Smooth transmission of the 2016 Brit Awards
3 - Great derig despite having to wait after almost everyone in my team had gone, as the last camera was slowly dropped down from the roof of the arena

I didn't have my tripod but I am fairly good at these having practised lots in the past. It's good to stick the 2-second timer on and then hit the button and hold my breath ready for the when the shot fires so the camera is as steady as possible. :)
