Pronounced St. Olives (not oh-laives :) this was taken from the beer garden of the pub I visited a couple of nights ago. I drove back home from Norwich and even though the sun had been down quite a long time, the lovely clear winter evening was worth stopping for. I got to the pub and parked discreetly in the car park, before walking into the garden and to the riverside to grab a few frames. It was so peaceful...
3 good things:
1 - A lovely visit with an old work friend to a mutual colleague of ours who is retired, and a bit of a recluse so doesn't receive many visitors. It was lovely to see him albeit briefly
2 - Lunch with my sister in Norwich (in the same cafe I visited yesterday with my friend :)
3 - Bought quite a nice top with a Christmas voucher whilst in the city
Always worth pulling over for the shot if the moment arises... :)
