Day 040, Year 5 - Eating All The Colours Of The Rainbow

After getting back from the Middle East I tend to not take too many good photos due to the need to relax after a packed 3 weeks away, and so a snap of that evenings vegetables, just before heading into to the oven to be roasted is all I got for this particular day a couple of weeks back.

3 good things:

1 - Good to do my first ever HIIT workout at home
2 - Catching up on my editing of my Middle East photos - always a big job :)
3 - A very chilled evening at home in front of the tv
