This is my dear old Dad, blowing out candles on his 67th birthday. My sister had made some awesome cupcakes rather than a big cake and as ever, he had the job of blowing out the candles after the traditional sing-along.
3 good things:
1 - A quick workout in the house before the party
2 - Lovely birthday for my Dad with all the family
3 - Getting my car packed ready for leaving for London the following day
