This is exit of the underground at Canary Wharf in London, where I was working last month covering the Marathon. It's my 4th year at the event but I have never managed to snap the escalator which i've always thought is a pretty cool example of modern architecture.
3 good things:
1 - Always great to be part of something as big as the Marathon
2 - Fantastic weather in London
3 - Nice after-work drinks with my colleagues
got told off once by a very official looking woman whilst trying to take a photo on a tube escalator when visiting UK. Worried about me posting vital information on the internet I suppose.
