A shot of the massage ball I take with me in my suitcase whenever I travel with work. I have suffered a bit of a sore back over the years and this helps to relieve a little bit of the pain by laying on it. It;s also good for lucks and glutes if you get any pain in those areas...I had just been using it after work before going out with colleagues for some dinner.
