The title is a kind of clarification to myself that this home in the picture in a temporary one. My 'home' and my heart is still in Norfolk. But I currently live in a lovely place in Mortlake, west London and for now I am happy to live there. After a very busy 11 days away working in Glasgow and then Southport for the UFC and the Open events, I got home for a night on Monday before flying out on Tuesday to Germany (as I write this).
And it was jolly lovely to get back even if only briefly.
I hadn't any real opportunity to get a photo during the day which I spent finishing off packing away the gear for the Open golf event, and driving with a colleague back to London. I grabbed my camera which was almost out of battery power and grabbed a shot of the front door to the house.
It'll do...
3 good things:
1 - Lovely weather in Birkdale for our de-rig
2 - Great to get back home to London
3 - Getting to bed after a very long day
