downtown city pathway near the college

Located in nearby city, the downtown walkways have a special heated sidewalks feature. in the middle of Winter season, One can walk on a perfectly cleared sidewalk free of any ice or snow. But, where are the people? It is a rarity to walk downtown in this city and not see anyone out walking... they were out and about, you just can't see them in the pic. a rare moment indeed.
