@30pics4jackiesdiamond@helenhall Hi ladies, thanks for commenting. Actually, when you drink beetroot juice cold, it's not so bad at all. It seems to be healthy for absorbing more oxygen into your blood, for better performance (didn't work out 100% in this pic, lol). The bottle of juice is my husbands; he drinks it when he goes running ;-) But you can also drink it when you're taking a photo ;-)
