@lisatown thank you - Ha you would laugh if you could see my set up !!! The ladle had a hole in the handle so I taped a kebab stick to it and then taped the stick to a washing up brush with was standing in a container !!! I'm sure there must have been a simpler way of doing it but I couldn't think of one at the time.
