@paulaw Thank you Paula. Yes, I thought I'd venture into something different, I've been on the edgy urban vibe with my shots for a few days so I wanted to experiment, and also try a bold colour look that I might not normally attempt. It's not quite as good as I hoped as I couldn't tone down the light blotches on the left in the way I wanted to, which I think are distracting. Nonetheless though I'm pleased with the nice feedback and positive comments received from everyone.
@roseolivia Thank you Rachel, I'd just watered the garden and noticed this web shimmering like that under one of the lights, which is what gave me the idea.
@johnl thanks John. It's just the light from the garden down lighter, the spider made its web underneath there cleverly to catch the insects drawn towards it I guess.
