@tabbycat Thanks for the link Tabbycat, whilst I certainly don't take the subject of animal welfare lightly, from a nutritional point of view and from that of a Personal Trainer focused on people's health and body composition, I think we may have to agree to disagree on the topic of vegetarianism.
