"live long and prosper"

on the hunt for 'hands' treasure today.

the grands very well know i get freaked out when they do the vulcan salute. both boys can do this without any problem. the younger one, when i'm nagging him to do something, all he has to do is flash the star trek salute at me and that stops my motor off. silly little goose.

not a star trek fan, never seen an episode but somehow i can recognize some of the characters, especially the obvious ones. now, mork and mindy, we're talkin'!
Great catch and processing of their hands! I didn't know what it was called . . the vulcan salute, huh?!! Well, I'm in good company, summerfield. I never watched Star Trek either. Not one time. Another thing that we have in common. :)

Funny! Surprised you didn't use a star texture for this one- or the international no sign. Fun shot! (I've only watched a few Star Trek episodes in my life time. I was more of a Lost in Space fan. I've never seen any of the movies, the Next Generation or the remake series though. I know this will disappoint the die hard Trek fans, but I don't feel like I'm missing anything either!)

Must be a guy, thing both Jackie and Carmelia can't do the salute no matter how hard they try i can do it with both left and right hand and the fact that i can and they can't irritates them

@olivetreeann - i didn't like the star texture. what i really wanted was to mask the lines on the boys' hands. i knew someone who posted a photo of her daughter on facebook and one of her followers started to send her messages that she could read the lines on the daughter's palms, then proceeded to tell her about some weird things. i don't want any of that sort. i think this very well masks the lines.

am glad to know that i'm not the only one who does not care about star trek. whew!

@jannkc - nano! nano! thank you, jann.

@steeler - no, i don't think it's a guy thing. my nieces can do it, too, with both hands. thank you, howard.
