variegated purple crocus

i just invented that name, taking the term from my DMC thread chart from a long time ago. toronto was once again enveloped in a thick fog today. walked the half a kilometer over to st. james cathedral's park to investigate the bulbs and they are coming along fine. i think on the weekend the ground will be covered by a blanket of beautiful flowers. and i will be there to shoot. the flowers. with my camera(s). if i don't get sidetracked by food.
