grilled portabello mushroom with stewed miscellany of other mushrooms, onions and red pepper, topped with crumbled goat cheese and served on a bed of baby leaves.
partner intended to barbeque some veggies and pork chops (for him), but i was lazy to cut up the veggies and he was lazy to barbeque. so we ended up across the street at 'sarah's cafe' where they serve the most innovative yet nutritious appetizers. this appetizer though, at $7.99 is good for a person's light meal and that's what i had tonight for dinner.
for dessert, i had a tall glass of coconut water and a banana. yum!
well theres something different! Sure looks like it could be tastey...the carrots in the back ground have a lovely blur about them, this is all composed quite nicely!
@roth - thank you, sue. it was quite tasty. that resto has only a limited selection in its menu but they are tasty, well presented and nutritious. come by anytime.
