our building still has a good view of lake ontario. i like to watch the changing weather and one can only get a real perspective by just viewing the lake.
this is a different view from what i had posted in the past as this is towards the southwest. that flat land you see behind the pwc building is the toronto island airport, officially the bbtca (billy bishop toronto city airport). it is kind of exciting to watch the planes take off and land as they only have this short runway to work through. the first time i flew from this airport via porter airlines, it blew my mind how great the effort the pilot put in while landing the plane as the plane's wheels touched the edge of the runway as it almost looked like it was going to touch the water.
i was in a meeting yet again for lunch today so this is the only shot i had the opportunity to take. there was a light flurry shower happening when i took this after our meeting; it's unbelievable that after an hour it was all sunny and light.
