this amount of money used to mean so much to a family back in the days. now, they issue these coins and it's a joke because it doesn't really have any value, unless you have a sacksful of this. i remember as a little girl, one sentimo or centavo could buy a lot of candies, enough to make one's stomach ache if you tried eating it all up. yes, i am that old.

I had to google it and I think it's the Philippines. It's a nice coin with the butterfly on it, even if it not worth much!
