had a hectic day today and in the evening, i had to present at the "totally unknown writers' festival". had rum and coke (more like coke with a tinge of rum), calamari rings and nachos and beans with guacamole! took a lot of photos, too, then i come home and take more photos. :-)
the tomatoes are from my lunch today. i cannot eat raw tomatoes as i get a really bad stomach upset and i can only eat them cooked. so i bring them home for partner. do you know that tomatoes have lycopene which is known to aid in lowering the risk of prostate cancer in men. and the more the tomato is cooked, the more lycopene it produces.
