frozen waves by summerfield

frozen waves

this is the (west) end of the fence from yesterday's post. http://365project.org/summerfield/365-still/2013-12-16 i was quite chuffed i got this one fierce wave in action. just to show you how cold it was.

the only consolation for me is that in less than a month, i will be sipping loads of mai tai by the pool of our hotel in manila before embarking on our island hopping. happy-happy!
This looks colder than I can imagine! The greenish brown colour of the wave signifies stormy cold weather!

@maggiemae - we had more snow today, maggiemae. the cold is not as biting as in the past few days, but cold nonetheless. thank you, maggiemae.

Ack, these ones look so much more menacing! Perfect wave timing too.

Wow! Those icicles aren't something I usually see along with waves! Awesome capture! Looks nasty and cold. Visions of Manila must be what motivate you to keep going out there for these icy images.

Brilliant capture, it must be so very cold! I love all the icicles. This photo reminds me of the film The Day After Tomorrow, about global warming triggering an ice age!

when the ocean freezes then something is well wrong. (off to fire off a few CFCs and burn a forest or three)
