mai tai by summerfield

mai tai

oh, i don't like those Jackie-o sunglasses in there. but can't do a re-take as i drank the mai tai already. and that's probably why my world is spinning right now and just about ready to keel over and sleep. been wondering the last two nights why i get so sleepy so fast. tee-hee!

how to make a mai tai. in a goblet, put two ounces of white rhum, an ounce of lime juice, an ounce of orange juice, stir well; crush three ice cubes and add to glass. decorate with pineapple chunks and orange triangle and two maraschino cherries pierced together. serve with two straws.

darn! did i just drink all that!

for my get pushed challenge, my partner this week, julie @julieco challenged me to " either (1) making a still image that includes 5 items with an interesting POV and/or lighting or (2) a food image which could be suitable as an illustration in a cookery book or advert in a magazine."
@julieco - cheers!

It looks very colourful and only a teeny bit of alcohol! Mostly fruit and so it really must be good for you!

Love how the colour pops against the stark white background. I've never had the head nor stomach for cocktails, but have always admired how fancy they look. Thanks for sharing this series with us
