uninspired. unmotivated. uninventive. unsure. that's me. suddenly, just like that.
although my nikon camera has been given an extension of life. encounted a nikon guy at the camera store. said "nikki" should be good for another 50-60 thousand shots while i ponder what nikon camera i would like to own next. he recommended a D-series full frame; i said if and when, i prefer the D5300 so i could use the lenses i now have. gave me his card with a note to the store for a discount (on top of sale price or other store discount) to be redeemed before end of august. as a matter of goodwill (i did mention i have a canon eos 60D). i got my sensor cleaned for free. nice guys, those nikon peeps!
i was sitting on a wicker couch in stepson's porch (we were in london today), waiting for ivy jean and young jack to come back from jack's soccer clinic. nice day it was today and all these plants around me along with the pollen floating in the air were making me sneeze like the devil. this one was right in my face to i had to wedge the camera between me and it.
and methinks this would still make a good wall hanger at the mom-and-pops cafe.
I would hang that on the wall of my cafe! Glad to hear that the old girl still has some life in her. The D5300 is a very nice choice if you go that way. I still make great use of my D5100.
