browsing through the photographs i have amassed during my photo trip with @olivetreeann and @bill_fe last month, i have this shot of bill that i really liked but was so disappointed didn't come out sharp enough and not even photoshop could rescue it.
well, what do you know, there's an album cover challenge going on. i had intended to do the last one and actually had done the first two steps of getting the name of the band and the title of the album, set it aside and promptly forgot about it.
i lucked in on a really beautiful quote by the author Mary O'Hara: "love cannot survive if you just give it scraps of yourself, scraps of your time, scraps of your thoughts."
"Vinderen" meanwhile is a village in Oslo, or something (i couldn't for the life of me read my own scribbles tee-hee!).
i thought i'd incorporate sophie la rue's 1980's image and i found just the right emotive shot, so fitting for the title of the album.
et le voilà! the newly released album by Vinderen titled "scraps of your thoughts". genius you say?
