from a rock's view point

this is a driftwood in the front yard of the stepson's house. it is the central point of the garden, especially during the winter when all is bare and grey.

i'm liking this 'low on the ground' shots; definitely a different kind of perspective. at the edge of the garden right next to the first step going up the porch, there is a group of fist-sized rocks and that's where i placed the camera down to get this shot.

Nice composition! I like the green from the bulbs but I really like the shapes and texture of that driftwood!
