this is the medical building near where i live. it's an old building, and this side of it that faces the main street is so bletcherous i actually would question if inside is as sterile as medical labs should be. fortunately for it, the building renovation or refurbishing has started. meanwhile, these beautiful flowers have lent their beauty to the almost dilapidated façade, the faded paint, which just highlights the rust stains caused by the rusting metal window frames. without the flowers the façade of the building would've been totally bletcherous!

@summerfield thanks! yes, those are not a go right now but I have done yoga the last two days. I just don't use my left hand. I either do the moves on one hand or on my elbows and forearms instead of my hands. No handstands for at least six weeks but at least I can still practice everything but the inversions and arm balances! I'd go crazy if I had to sit out all together for six weeks!
