at the gallery last friday, little wahoo bumped into a big something.
"my! you're a tiny cow," said the stranger.
"i'm not a tiny cow, i'm little wahoo! who are you and what are you?"
"oh, child, i'm a fish."
"a fish! but fishes live in water."
"well, i'm a fish and that's that. and my name is mr. poissons. i'm so glad to make your acquaintance, miss little wahoo. i see that you like browsing through these wonderful exhibits."
"i do. but also because i'm waiting for my grandmere who is over at the bank. the line is quite long and i got bored."
"well, you surely came to the right place. there's no getting bored around here with all the beautiful arts. which one is your favourite?"
"my grandmere and i are going on a loooong vacation," little wahoo told mr. poissons.
"is that right? where to?" asked mr. poissons.
"somewhere in the pacific, near the equator. do you know where the equator is?"
"of course i do, i've probably swam there at one point. it's kind of hot in there, you know. is this your first time?"
"yes, and i'm excited."
"well, miss little wahoo, i do have a vacation spot in the pacific so if you are by there, here, i give you my e-mail and you can contact me. you and grandmere are welcome to stay."
"that is great, thank you, mr. poissons. i'll be sure to tell grandmere!"
just then grandmere entered the gallery looking for little wahoo.
"well, goodbye mr. poissons. i hope to see you again!"
"fare thee well, miss little wahoo."
