mother nature, when she's in a giving mood, always regale us with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. layers of purple and gray, fiery streaks of orange and red, and delicious bubblegum pinks are always on the menu.
i was in the subway train when i saw the golden hues cast against buildings and i decided to go to the lookout near the football field. the sun had long set when i got off the street car, but above the jagged lines of buildings and cranes in the horizon, this was the view.
