my idea for my bowler hat finale didn't pan out as there was too little time to execute it. but it will be done in the immediate future.
mother's day started with a wonderful breakfast at the victoria hotel in downtown toronto with partner. then we drove around taking photos. then we had to prepare for a dinner for my niece as it is her birthday today. of course, partner still surprised me with lobster tails to continue my mother's day treats.
i hope you mothers of the 365 kind had a great celebration.
thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are especially appreciated. i shall catch up with you tomorrow.
@claireuk - i did a 'sketch' or pencil something, then clicked so many buttons until there were no more buttons to click, then i converted it to black and white and back to colour then black and white again. it just morphed into something i couldn't remember anymore. :-) overlay of lace. you know i should remember to take photos of my old craft materials for texture when doing processing. you're a genius, my good friend. thank you.
Fascinating silhouette love the texture. We have been paired for get pushed 95. Quite a list of past challenges you have. I would like to see you create a chiaroscuro portrait. Have fun.
I don't really care much for cameo style photos, this one included. But... Thanks for the mother's day wishes. I was a single parent for quite some time. My boys were 4 & 7 when I got custody, the youngest stayed with me until he was 9; moved back with his mom, the oldest until he left for college.

I like the set up of this one to be like an old time photo, silhouette style
Good result whatever you did
