industrial storage

westeel is a major agricultural/industrial storage company based in baden, ontario. they engage in commercial grain storage, grain handling equipment, water and waste water storage, etc.

the self-imposed challenge for the next little while is "industrial", so there won't be much of a colourful or sweetheart photos in this album. if you don't feel like commenting, i understand, unless of course you have an appreciation of old and rugged and, well, industrial stuff, in which case, i appreciate your viewing the photo.

industrial is defined as "anything having to do with the business of manufacturing products; but not utility, transportation, and financial companies."

A somewhat tomorrow like to me coming from a family of farmers and growing up near Farming communities. Is Baden a small town?

I like these storage containers, love their shapes, and the industrial, no nonsense materials, you know form follows function attitude with all metal and efficient forms.....I almost wish you would be able to photograph them from a different POV rather than straight on, something to show their girth and strength...
