structural steel by summerfield

structural steel

this is a company that makes structural steel used for construction, situated near london, ontario. those smoke stacks look something obscene, methinks!

in any case, i got sick and tired of being in people's mercy for photo opps so i took a bus going to sarnia for a change of scenery and pace. hoping to re-capture the absent muse although i am busy reading books these days. i didn't realize until now how much i loved marathon readings. i have finished three books in the last ten days, a series of 600-page books by tana french. i first read her first book "in the woods" a few months ago and got hold of the next four books. i am reading the fourth book in the series. i, therefore, apologize for my lack of commenting. i should be going back to it when i get back home.

thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are truly and greatly appreciated.
The b&w is perfect for this, and those smokestacks sure do look obscene!

Methinks the same as far as the smoke stacks are concerned... ;-)))) Somebody I will have to post photos of nuclear power plant north of us known as Dolly Parton boobies!!! I really like this photo with all the drama of those skies against those industrial buildings. So good to be able to read books again without interruption....such a luxury! Enjoy it!!

Obscene indeed. There's nothing nicer than loosing yourself in a book for a few hours!

I love that you can find something suggestive even in an industrial shot!!

I like the lighting in this one and there's something about The sharpness or contrast that makes this one very appealing!
