at the boardwalk by summerfield

at the boardwalk

it was 29 degrees with an effective temperature of 35 degrees. i had to make a quick trip/walk to the lake - did it in 37 minutes to and back. there was a lot of people and a lot of seagulls and pigeons so i had to make a few quick shots and left before the birds do a number on me or my camera.

as you can see, there's no elimination today. only because in haste i forgot what i was supposed to do. this was semi-processed in photoshop using layers, then finished it off in ribbet using clone. very sloppy job. because i forgot to increase the f stop to get a better view of the boats. oh, well, tomorrow's another day.

thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are greatly appreciated.

p.s. - my mad hatters' post today is here if you are so inclined as to make a visit: http://365project.org/madhatters/365/2015-08-19

We had a cold front come in today, I'm glad it wasn't during my camping trip. I left most of my gear in the car, going again the weekend of the 28th. So, you should expect cooler weather in a day or two. It was way too hot and humid over the weekend.

Interesting composition and the water looks cool enough ! Glad you got out of there before the birds made a deposit!

It was really hot and humid for the last two days, but tonight gloriously cool. Looking forward to the conclusion of your elimination game!
